Splenic arterial bleeding due to acute recurrent pancreatitis: A case report

<正>1病例资料患者男性,48岁,因"反复腹痛6个月,加重伴腹胀1周"于2017年8月1日入本院。患者6个月间发作急性胰腺炎3次,经治疗好转。1周前饮酒后出现腹痛,治疗后未见明显好转。既往史:饮酒史30年,约120 g/d,未戒。查体:腹部平坦,腹软,全腹触及压痛,左下腹触及反跳痛。脾触诊Ⅰ度肿大。辅助检查:肝胆胰脾增强CT(2017年4月8日):肝内门静脉分支,门静脉及其属支血栓形成,伴门静脉海绵状变性、脾脏增
