Hepatitis B cirrhosis with dermatomyositis: A case report

摘要:
<正>皮肌炎(dermatomyositis,DM)是一种伴有典型皮疹的特发性炎症性肌病。DM病因未明,目前认为遗传易感者由感染与非感染环境因素所诱发,通过免疫介导发病[1]。曾有报道HBV相关DM的病例[2],然而,并非慢性HBV感染与DM一定具有相关性。本文报道1例HBV相关肝硬化合并DM的患者。1病例资料患者男性,46岁,因"HBs Ag阳性15年,肝功异常4年,皮疹4个月、运动不灵活半月"入本院诊治。患者入院前发现HBs Ag阳性15年,自觉轻度乏力,肝功能转氨酶间歇升高4年,未行抗HBV治疗。入院前4个月无明显诱因出现面部及
