摘要: <正>病毒性肝炎是指由肝炎病毒(目前主要包括由甲、乙、丙、丁、戊型5种嗜肝病毒)引起的、以肝脏炎症和坏死病变为主的一组乙类传染病,部分乙型、丙型和丁型肝炎患者可演变成慢性,并可发展为肝硬化和肝癌,我国最常见的为慢性乙型肝炎和丙型肝炎。自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)是一种由针对肝细胞自身免疫反应所介导的肝脏实质炎症,以血清自身抗体阳性、高Ig G和(或)γ球蛋白血症、组织学上存在界面性肝炎为特
