摘要:
<正>药物性肝损伤（DILI）是一种常见的肝脏疾病,由于药物理化性质和宿主因素的相互作用[1],导致DILI患者临床表现多样、病理分型复杂,部分急性DILI患者可发展为慢性DILI,DILI患者还可发生自身免疫性肝炎（AIH）或自身免疫性肝炎样（autoimmune-like,AL）现象,造成诊疗困难。本文报道1例急性DILI发展为慢性DILI合并AL现象的患者,以供临床借鉴。
