摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,63岁,因"发现肝占位5月余"入院,患者5个月前体检B超提示肝占位,大小约2.0 cm×1.0 cm,患者自诉偶感头晕乏力,无其他不适主诉,既往发现乙型肝炎病史2月余,抗病毒治疗后,HBV DNA<100 IU/ml,高血压史5年余,控制可。查体:腹平软,无腹壁静脉曲张,全腹未及明显压痛反跳痛,全腹未及明显包块,肝肋下未及,脾下缘距左锁骨中线与肋
