Primary malignant melanoma of the gallbladder: a case report

摘要

摘要: <正>恶性黑色素瘤是最具侵袭性和高度转移性的癌症之一,恶性程度高,远期生存期较短,远处转移最常见的部位是软组织、肺、肝、皮肤和脑,仅极少数患者发生胆囊转移[1],胆囊恶性黑色素瘤比较少见,针对近期收治的1例胆囊原发性恶性黑色素瘤,结合文献,对其临床特征、诊断及治疗进行探讨。1病例资料患者女性,56岁,因"持续性右上腹痛2 d"于2016年3月9日就诊于西安医学院。查体:右上腹轻度压痛,Murphy征阳
