摘要:
<正>母婴传播是HBV的重要传播途径,加强慢性HBV感染孕妇及其所分娩婴儿的规范化管理是切断母婴传播的有效途径,为规范我国HBV母婴阻断临床管理,我们组织感染病学、肝病学、免疫学与产科学专家参照国内外公认乙型肝炎防治指南[1-5]和最新研究成果[6-8]形成《乙型肝炎母婴阻断临床管理流程》,包括从初次产检的筛查到婴儿乙型肝炎免疫接种效果的评价,共10个连续的环节。
