Advances in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric acute pancreatitis

摘要

摘要: 近年来,急性胰腺炎(AP)发病率逐年升高,儿童AP在临床上也并不罕见。由于儿童AP病因复杂,临床表现多样,婴幼儿对自身不适叙述不清,加重了临床诊断的难度,易导致误诊、漏诊,延误治疗。随着对儿童AP的进一步认识,诊断及治疗水平均较前明显提高。现主要对儿童AP的诊断及治疗进展作一综述,以期为临床实践提供一定的指导。

Abstract: The incidence rate of acute pancreatitis (AP) has been gradually increasing in recent years, and pediatric AP is often seen in clinical practice. Pediatric AP has complex causes and diverse clinical manifestations, and infants and children cannot clearly explain their discomforts, which makes it more difficult to make an accurate diagnosis and may easily cause misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis, and delayed treatment. A deep understanding of pediatric AP helps to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of this disease. This article reviews the advances in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric AP, in order to provide guidance to clinical practice.
