Misdiagnosis of peritoneal pseudomyxoma as cirrhotic ascites: a report of 2 cases

摘要:
<正>腹膜假性黏液瘤（pseudomyxoma peritonei,PMP）是一种腹腔充有大量胶样黏蛋白形成假性腹水的疾病[1],患者主要是以腹部进行性肿大、腹部胀痛为主诉,影像学可见肝脏受压缩小、边缘出现扇贝样缺损及大量腹水,易误诊为肝硬化腹水。现将本院2例曾被误诊为肝硬化腹水的PMP病例报道如下。1病例资料病例1:患者女性,80岁,因"腹胀1个月余",经门诊以"肝硬化腹水"收住院。13岁时曾患肺结核,应用链霉素、异烟肼治疗,胸部X线提示病灶已钙化,
