Research advances in minimally invasive treatment of infectious pancreatic necrosis

  • 摘要: 感染性胰腺坏死(IPN)是急性胰腺炎中一个具有挑战性的并发症,易导致预后不良。多年来,传统开腹坏死组织清除术已经成为IPN的主要治疗方式,但同时也伴随着较高的并发症发生率和病死率。近几年,随着微创外科的迅猛发展,许多学者对IPN患者进行了微创治疗并获得了良好的治疗效果。介绍了经皮穿刺置管引流术、微创腹膜后坏死组织清除术、内镜下引流+坏死组织清除术、腹腔镜坏死组织清除术、"进阶式"治疗策略等5种常见的微创治疗技术,认为不同的微创技术具有不同的适应证,应根据IPN患者的综合情况选择最佳的微创治疗方法以提高疗效。
