Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for cold agglutinin syndrome with gallstones: a case report

摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,63岁,因"间断性右上腹疼痛2个月,皮肤巩膜黄染25 d",于2015年12月入本院。患者2个月前因进食油腻食物后出现右上腹疼痛,向背部放射,伴恶心、呕吐,呕吐物为胃内容物,呕吐后症状缓解,25d前皮肤巩膜出现黄染,无瘙痒、发热、寒战。既往史:冷凝集素综合征(cold agglutinin syndrome,CAS)病史1年,否认肝炎、结核病史,无输血史。查体:皮肤巩膜轻
