摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,13岁,因"反复上腹痛、黑便2个月,呕血半个月"于2015年12月2日入本院。患者于2个月前无明显诱因出现间断性右上腹部隐痛,间断黑便1次/d。半个月前中上腹疼痛加重,呕吐暗红色血液约500 ml,于成都市某医院急诊住院治疗,实验室检查:Hb 64 g/L,ALT 57 U/L、AST 46 U/L,Alb 27.9 g/L,PT 14.6 s。腹部增强CT及血管三维重建:巨脾,肝脏体
