Severe liver injury caused by chronic inhalation of toluene and xylene: a case report

摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,33岁,因"腹胀20余天,加重伴皮肤巩膜黄染2 d"入本院。患者于入院前20 d无明显诱因出现腹胀,进食后明显伴有恶心、呕吐,呕吐物为胃内容物,无腹痛、腹泻等,曾就诊于当地医院,考虑"急性胃炎",给予枳术宽中胶囊治疗,效果欠佳。2 d前患者腹胀加重,出现皮肤巩膜黄染,伴乏力、纳差、厌油腻,小便呈浓茶水色,无黑便及白陶土样大便,无发热,进食少,不思饮食,为进一步治疗遂来本院门诊就
