A case of subacute severe hepatitis caused by HEV and EBV coinfection

摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,63岁,因"发热伴厌食、乏力10 d,目黄3 d"于2014年4月29日入本院。患者发病后体温最高达40℃,于发病后第6天在当地医院诊断为"上呼吸道感染",口服阿司匹林2片,3次/d,暂时退热,但余症状未见好转,进一步检查肝功能示转氨酶、胆红素水平显著升高,遂入本院。病程中出现轻度咽部不适,无咳嗽、咳痰,无腹痛、腹泻,近期体质量无明显下
