A case of giant hepatoblastoma

摘要:
<正>肝母细胞瘤是一种少见的肝脏恶性肿瘤,以儿童常见,占所有儿童恶性肿瘤的0.8%2.0%,是继神经母细胞瘤和肾母细胞瘤之后位列第三的儿童实体腹腔恶性肿瘤[1]。其中90%发生于5岁以下儿童,尤以婴幼儿多发,且近年呈增长趋势[2]。肝母细胞瘤预后相对较好,早期可切除的患者无瘤生存率可超过90%[3-4]。1病例资料患儿男性,5岁,因"发现上腹部包块1个月"入本院。入
