摘要: <正>系统性淀粉样变性是由于淀粉样蛋白在全身细胞外组织间隙中沉积,从而破坏细胞和器官功能的疾病,约30%淀粉样变性累及肝脏[1]。肝淀粉样变性是一种罕见病,缺乏特征性的临床表现,因而极易误诊、漏诊[2]。1病例资料患者女性,64岁,因"腹部不适半年余,加重10余天"入院。患者半年前开始自觉腹部不适,两次就诊于外院,首次就
