摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,53岁,因"消瘦伴纳差半年"入院。患者于2013年底逐渐出现消瘦、纳差,近期精神欠佳、体力正常,体质量近半年减轻约10 kg。2014年3月外院胃镜示:胃窦炎;肠镜示:慢性结肠炎;腹部彩超示:肝周腹膜上减低回声结节,腹腔及腹膜后多发淋巴结肿大,腹腔积液,肝脏实性小结节;糖类抗原（CA）测定:CA19-9 3.33 U/ml,CA125 173.4 U/ml,CA15-3 42.85 U/ml。
