Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and serum uric acid

  • 摘要: 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)被视为代谢综合征(MS)的肝脏表现,除糖脂代谢紊乱外,血清尿酸(SUA)的水平也左右着NAFLD的进展。叙述了两者相关的最新研究成果,指出无论健康个体或患者的SUA都能够独立预测患者MS、2型糖尿病和心血管疾病的风险,其机制可能是SUA通过诱导活性氧(ROS)增加ROS-硫氧还蛋白相互作用蛋白(TXNIP)表达,进而引发pyrin结构域蛋白3炎症小体激活和白细胞介素的分泌;无论基础或临床研究,使用降低SUA的药物可以抑制TXNIP通路,降低血糖水平,减轻肝细胞ROS、炎症、脂肪变性和纤维化。提示减少SUA可能是NAFLD一个有前途的潜在治疗方法,值得基础和临床的进一步研究。
