<正>慢性HBV感染可引起肝脏炎症和纤维化,其抗病毒治疗最关键[1-2],目前主要有核苷和核苷酸类药物及干扰素两类,而核苷和核苷酸类药物因其抗病毒能力强,耐受性好,口服给药的特点,适用人群较广。本文就本院2009-2012年对抗HBV的核苷和核苷酸类药物应用情况进行统计分析,为临床医生提供参考。1资料与方法统计本院2009-2012年药房计算机系统关于拉米夫定
