Multivariate regression analysis of risk factors for HBV-related primary liver cancer

摘要:
<正>HBV感染与原发性肝癌（以下简称肝癌）的发病密切相关,高HBV感染区域肝癌的发病率也比较高[1]。本研究旨在探讨乙型肝炎相关性肝癌与血清HBV DNA水平、HBeAg以及其他多种危险因素的关系,以期为临床预防和治疗肝癌提供依据。1对象与方法1.1研究对象收集2010年2月至2012年6月期间青岛市传染病医院所有的乙型肝炎相关性肝癌新发住院患者（HBsAg、HBeAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc,其中任意一项阳性即为HBV阳性）243例。病例诊断严格依照中国抗癌协会专业委员会2001年修订
