Application of proteomics and metabonomics in studies on alcoholic liver disease

  • 摘要:

    酒精性肝病(ALD)是当今全球范围内倍受关注的公共卫生问题之一,其发病机制尚未完全阐明。蛋白质组学和代谢组学为ALD研究开辟了新的途径,且已取得一定进展。全面介绍了蛋白质组学和代谢组学在ALD研究中近10 a的应用现状、存在问题并提出联合蛋白质组学和代谢组学技术应用于ALD研究是一个很好的策略,不仅有助于"全景式"揭示其发病机制,还能为ALD的早期检测、临床诊断、治疗以及预后评估提供重要信息。
