摘要: 肝活组织检查因其有创性和样本误差,使其临床应用受限,近年来无创诊断与评价肝纤维化成为研究热点之一。介绍了目前主要的血清学模型和FibroScan对肝纤维化诊断的价值,并简述了无创方法的联合应用。现阶段无创诊断方法尚不能完全取代肝活组织检查,不同肝纤维化无创诊断方法对不同病因肝纤维化的诊断价值是否存在差异尚须进一步研究。

Abstract: The clinical application of liver biopsy is limited due to its invasiveness and sample errors. In recent years, noninvasive diagnosis and assessment of liver fibrosis have become one of the research hotspots. The values of main serological models and FibroScan for the diagnosis of liver fibrosis are presented, and the joint use of noninvasive diagnostic methods is also covered. Currently, liver biopsy cannot be completely replaced by noninvasive diagnostic methods, and further study is needed to investigate whether there are differences between the diagnostic values of noninvasive diagnostic methods for liver cirrhosis of different causes.
