  • 摘要:

    磷脂酰肌醇蛋白多糖(GPC)-3相关信号通路与肝细胞癌(HCC)发生发展密切相关。GPC-3除用于HCC特异诊断外,靶向GPC-3可明显抑制HCC细胞增殖并诱导凋亡,有望成为HCC的分子靶目标。
