<正>随着肥胖和代谢综合征的流行,非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)现已成为欧美发达国家慢性肝病的首要病因。NAFLD患者全因死亡率增高,NAFLD/单纯性脂肪肝(NAFL)/非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)患者首要死因为心血管疾病,肝病死亡率增高见于NASH患者,近10余年来欧美发达国家因NASH而接受肝移植患者的比例逐年增加。为了规范内科医
