The role of Ras/ERK signal transduction pathway in the occurrence and development of hepatic fibrosis

  • 摘要: 在肝纤维化的发病机制中,肝星状细胞(HSC)发挥关键的作用。各种细胞因子的分泌,引起胞外信息变化。细胞因子与HSC上的相应受体结合,激活多条信号转导通路,将胞外信息转导入核,调控基因的转录和表达,从而引起胶原分泌增多、细胞基质降解和沉积失衡。在参与肝纤维化发生发展的信号转导通路中,Ras/ERK信号转导通路介导的信号转导促使了肝纤维化的发生发展。
