To analyze clinical manifestation and laboratory test changes in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) .The clinical manifestaiton and laboratory test changes in 15 patients with PBC were in vestigated retrospectively.PBC affects females clinically with a female/male ratio of 14∶1.The age range was 32～63 years old.There was elevated level of serum ALT and AST, hyperbilirubinemia, hyperglobulinemia, hyper gammaglobulinemia, with predominant elevation of ALP, GGT and different kinds of antibodies, for example AMA, AMA M2.PBC has severe liver impairment.
