The significance of serum TNF-α determination in patients with hepatorenal syndrome

摘要: 目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在肝肾综合征(HRS)发病中的作用。方法测定90例肝硬化患者和26例体检健康者的血清TNF-α水平及肾功能,分析TNF-α与肌酐清除率(Ccr)的关系。结果TNF-α在肝硬化不同程度肾功能损害患者均较正常组明显升高,其肾功能损害程度随血清TNF-α水平升高而加重,且与Ccr成正相关。结论TNF-α在肝肾综合征的发生与发展中可能起重要作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the role of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the pathogenesis of hepatorenal syndrome (HRS) .Methods The concentration of TNF-α and renal function were quantitatively assessed in 90 patients with liver cirrhosis and 26 healthy patients.The relativity of TNF-α to creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) was analyzed.Results In cirrhotic group with renal dysfunction, the serum TNF-α levels were significantly higher than those in normal control group and cirrhotic group without renal dysfunction, and increased with the aggravated degree of renal dysfunction, TNFα concentrations inversely correlated with the Ccr.Conclusion TNF-α may play an important role in the development of HRS. -
