Abstract

Abstract

According to etiology, congenital development characteristics and pathological mechanism, pediatric hepatic and bile duct disease is different from adult hepatic and bile duct disease.So is the ultrasonographic characteristics of the hepatic and bile duct disease.On the basis of etiology, we divide the diseases into 5 categories as the following, (1) diseases related to infection, (2) congenital abnormal development diseases, (3) metabolic diseases, (4) hepatic tumours, (5) hepatic vascular diseases.In this study, the characteristics of pediatric hepatic and bile duct disease ultrasonography was retrospectively analyzed and summarized.
