经皮经肝胃冠状静脉栓塞术的临床疗效观察

Objective to observe the efficacy of percutaneous transhepatic variceal embolization (PTVE) for the treatment of esophagogastric varices.Methods 58 liver cirrhotic patients with esophagogastric varices were studied.26 patients were treated with partial splenic embolization and 42 of them were followed for a period of 12 months.Results Achievement ratio of portal vein puncture and intubation was 96.55%.15 patients who suffered from emergent bleeding were treated successfully.During follow up phase, 8 patients suffered from recurrent bleeding.During the 12 months follow up, esophagogastric varieces was alleviated or disappeared in 35 patients.Conclusion Percutaneous transhepatic variceal embolization with little trauma and definite effect could be the first choice for the treatment of esophagogastric varices.
