替比夫定联合酚妥拉明治疗慢性乙型重型肝炎的临床研究

Objective To study the efficacy of telbivudine combined with phentolamine on chronic severe hepatits B patients.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group (n=30) were treated with telbivudine and phentolamine, while the control group (n=30) were treated with Yinzhihuang.Additionally, both groups were given supportive symptomatic therapy.Serum total bilirubin (TBIL) , PTA and HBV DNA were analyzed.Results TBIL in treatment group was decreased significantly after 4 weeks of therapy (p<0.05) .PTA and clinical conditions of the patients in the treatment group were significantly improved after 6 weeks of treatment (p<0.05) .The total treatment efficacy was found to be 70%.The level of HBV DNA in treatment group was significantly decreased compared with that of the control group (p<0.05) .Conclusion Telbivudine combined with phentolamine has a better effect on chronic severe hepatitis B patients.
