干扰素治疗对慢性乙型肝炎患者细胞免疫应答的影响

Objective To explore the levels of IL-4、IL-10 and IFN-γ in culture superatants of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) , and to detect the effect of interferon treatment.Methods The productions of IL-4、IL-10 and IFN-γ in culture supernatants of PBMC from 30 patients with CHB were detected pre-and post-interferon treatment, In addition, there were 15 healthy individuals as controls at the same time.Results The level of IL-4 in the patients with CHB was significantly higher than that in the control (P<0.05) , and the level of IFN-γ was significantly lower than that in the control (P<0.01) ;The level of IL-4 was positively correlated with the level of HBV DNA, but the level of IFN-γ was negatively correlated with the level of HBV DNA;After interferon therapy, the level of IL-4 and IL-10 was obviously decreased (P<0.01, P<0.05) , the level of IFN-γ was significantly increased (P<0.01) .Conclusion There is an abnormal cell-mediated immune response in CHB patients, Interferon treatment not only promoted Th1 type cytokine-mediated immune responses but also down regulated Th2 type cytokine-mediated immune responses.
