BFGF及TGF-β1与260例乙肝患者肝脏纤维化及炎症关系研究

  • Objective To observe the immunolocation and expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (BFGF) and transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) in different stage on liver fibrosis induced by CHB (chronic hepatitis B) , and to discuss their effects in the development of liver fibrosis and the correlation with hepatitis and fibrosis markers.Methods BFGF and TGF-β1 in the liver of 260 patients with CHB were evaluated with immunohistochemistry and quantitive measurements.The relationship between BFGF/TGF-β1 and staging of hepatic fibrosis/grading of inflammation was analyzed.Results Expression of BFGF and TGF-β1 increased in line with the elevation of fibrotic staging.The levels of BFGF and TGF-β1 in groups of S1-S4 were higher than those in control group S0.The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) .And there were significant differences between every two groups (P<0.05) .But in inflammation grading, the surface density in groups G1-G4 were all higher than that in control group G0 (P<0.05) .But there were no significant differences between every two groups (P<0.05) .There is close positive correlation between BFGF and TGF-β1 in hepatic tissue, the coefficient was 0.895 (P<0.05) .Conclusion There is a close positive correlation between BFGF/TGF-β1 and hepatic fibrosis, and no correlation with liver inflammation.BFGF and TGF-β1 can be used as the important indicators of the severity of hepatic fibrosis, and furthermore, the understanding of them may provide theoretica basis of anti-fibrosis therapy by antagonists of BFGF and TGF-β1.
