Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Alprostadil E1 and Tanreqing in acute icterichepatitis.Methods 156 acute icterichepatitis were randomly divided into treat group and control group.Patients in treat group (84) were treated with Alprostadil E1 and Tanreqing for one month.However, patients in control group (72) with Yinzhihuang for one month.Patients in both groups were treated with conventional treatment.Results Clinical symptoms and liver function of the patients in treat group were better than those in control group (P<0.05) .When the therapy was completed.Conclusions Alprostadil E1 and Tanreqing is effective and safe in acute icterichepatitis.
