恩替卡韦治疗乙肝相关性肾炎临床观察

Objective To study the effect of Entikawei in the treatment of hepatitis B Virus associated glomerulonephritis (HBV-GN) .Methods 78 patients with the diagnosis of hepatitis B Virus associated glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into 2 groups.One group was given Entikawei 0.5mg, qd, based on other conclusive treatment, while the control group was given the same treatment but without Entikawei.The patients' liver function, HBV-M, HBV-DNA were investigated after treatment for 3 months.Results Significant differences were found between the 2 groups in the liver function change, HBeAg and HBV-DNA loss or seroconversion.Conclusions Clinical situation of HBV-GN is similar with primary glomerulonephritis.It is the most useful that the treatment with Entikawei for patients with HBV-GN.
