血液滤过在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中的作用

    Abstract
  • Objective To elucidate the significance of short veno-venous hemofiltration (SVVH) for severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) .Methods 21 SAP patients who had been treated by SVVH were analyzed retrospectively, and BUN, ALT, AST, AMS before and after SVVH were compared. The difference of treatment time and cost was compared between the SVVH group and the traditional therapy group.Results In the SVVH group, the cost and time in hospital had decreased greatly than control (P<0.05;P<0.01) ;the biochemical indicator and the symptom of SAP were improved remarkably.Conclusion SVVH was a valid treatment for SAP by cutting off sequential reactions of inflammatory factors possibly.
