To study the relationship between chemosensitivity of hepatocellular carcinoma of lymphaden cells in vitro and tumor cells.3- (4, 5-dimethyhhiazol-2-yl) -2, 5-diphenyhetrazolium bromide (MTT) method was used to test the sensitivity to 10 kinds of anti-cancer drugs of lymphaden cells and tumor cells from 27 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.To these anticancer drugs, the inhibitory effects were positively correlated between lymphaden cells and tumor cells from patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (r=0.803, P=0.0062) .The conclusion showed that the inhibitory effects of lymphaden cells were positively correlated with that of tumor cells, which could become valuable for reference of selecting anti-cancer drugs in clinic.
