血清铁蛋白与肝纤维化指标相关性的实验研究

    Abstract
  • To study the relationship between levels of serum ferritin (SF) and the indexes of hepatic fibrosis, such as hyaluronic acid (HA) , type Ⅲ procollage (PⅢP) , Laminin (LN) , type Ⅳ collagen (CⅣ) and pathobiologic stage, in patients with chronic hepatic disease.Serum samples from 85 patients with chronic hepatic disease were tested with MRIA and RIA for serum ferritin and fibrosis indexes including HA, LN, PⅢP and CⅣ.Thereinto 50 cases accepted liver biopsy for pathobiologic stage.The levels of serum ferritin and the fibrotic indexes increased gradually in pace with the progression of liver diseases and obviously higher than those in normal controls.The levels of serum ferritin were elevated with the progression of hepatic fibrotic stages (from S1 to S4 compared with S0, P<0.01) .There were correlation between SF and HA, LN, PⅢP or CⅣ (r=0.68, 0.58, 0.47, 0.61) .The levels of serum ferritin and serum fibrotic indexes might play an important indicative role in differentiating hepatic fibrotic degrees.
