尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物的表达与慢性重型肝炎预后的相关性

To study the relationship between the prognosis of chronic severe hepatitis and the expression of urokinase-type plasminogen activator (UPA) .The liver functions of 23 cases with chronic severe hepatitis were classified according to Child-pugh.And these cases were divided into two groups, live group and death group.The level of UPA in the two groups was analyzed with ELISA.The results showed that there was not significantly different between the level of UPA in the cases over 50 age (0.83±0.16ng/ml) and in the cases below 50 age (0.96±0.31ng/ml) (t=1.341, P>0.05) .It also showed that the level of UPA in live group (0.43±0.25ng/ml) was significantly lower than that in death group (0.97±0.38ng/ml) (t=3.883, P<0.01) .It can be concluded that the UPA expression was closely related to the prognosis of chronic severe hepatitis, but not to age.
