rhKD/APP对D-氨基半乳糖所致大鼠肝损伤的保护作用

    Abstract
  • To investigate the protective effect of rhKD/APP on liver injured by D-galactosamine in rats.The rat liver injury model was induced by D-galactosamine.rhKD/APP was given by different dose, compared with controls and aprotinin.The levels of ALT, AST, TP, ALB, ALP in serum and MDA in hepatic tissue were mesured.rhKD/APP can significantly decresease the activities of ALT, AST, ALP, and the content of MDA, and inhibit the decrease of ALB and TP.rhKD/APP has a protective effect on liver injured by D-galactosamine in rats.
