血清透明质酸Ⅲ型前胶原Ⅳ型胶原及脯氨酸肽酶对肝组织纤维化诊断的意义

To determine the relationship between hyaluronic acid (HA) , typeⅢ procollagen (PCⅢ) , type-Ⅳ collagen (CⅣ) or proline dipeptidase (PLD) and degree of liver fibrosis.HA, PCⅢ, CⅣ and PLD in the serum from 225 pa-tients with all type of liver disease were measured by ELISA and biochemistry colorimetry and analyzed their relationshipwith the pathological inflammation-grade and fibrosis-stage of liver biopsy tissues.There were significant correlation (P<0.05) between the four indexes and the degree of inflammation, necrosis and fibrosis.The serological indexes are in ac-cordance with the pathological degree of live tissues.It could reflect both the severe degree of hepatofibrosis and the statusof hepatocellular necrosis by co-measuring HA、PCⅢ or CⅣ and PLD in the serum, that provides reference for clinicaldiagnosis and treatment.
