慢性肝病患者血清sICAM-1、ACTA水平及临床意义

To investigate the correlation between soluble intercellular adhesion molccule-1 (sICAM-1) , activin A (ACTA) and chronic liver diseases.The serum levels of sICAM-1 and ACTA were measured with ELISA in 128 cases with chronic hepatitis and 20 healthy controls.Liver function tests were also determined.All results were subjected to correlative analysis.The serum levels of sICAM-1 and ACTA in patients with chronic liver diseases were significantly higher than those incontrol group (P<0.05 or P<0.01) .ACTA and sICAM-1 were positively correlated with AST and GLB.Inversely, and negatively related with ALB (P<0.05 or P<0.01) .The serum ICAM-1 and ACTA were positively correlated with hyaluronic acid (HA) (P<0.05) .And ICAM-1 was also positively correlated with ACTA.It shows that serum sICAM-1 and ACTA are good index to reflect the degree of liver damage and liver fibrosis in patients of chronic liver diseases.
