肝硬化腹水患者内毒素、细胞因子水平的检测及临床意义

To evaluate plasma and ascitic fluid levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-6) and endotoxin in cirrhotic ascitic patients.The plasma and ascitic fluid levels of endotoxin were assayed by limulus amebocyte lysate test and the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 were assayed by a double monoclonal sanwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 45 cases of patients. (1) The plasma and ascitic levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and endotoxin were significantly higher in hepatitis cirrhofic patients with Spontaneous Bacterial Peritonitis (SBP) than those without SBP (P<0.05) .And they were higher in cirrhosis without SBP than those in healthy control group (P<0.05) . (2) The plasma level of endotoxin was significantly correlated with the level of TNF-α (r=0.857, P<0.001) and IL-6 (r=0.885, P<0.001) .It was also between the plasma level of TNF-α and Il-6 (r=0.957, P<0.001) . (1) Plasma endotoxin, TNF-α and IL-6 levels are increased in hepatitis cirrhosis patients with ascites. (2) Endotoxin may stimulate some kinds of immune activated cells to produce pro-inflammatory cytokines, TNF-α and Il-6, which may deteriorate the complications.
