肝硬化患者血清血小板生成素水平的测定及临床意义

To observe the relationship on serum thrombopoietin (TPO) levels and thrombocytopenia in patients with liver cirrhosis and it's significance in liver function evaluation.Serum TPO levels in patients with liver cirrhosis (liver function compensative or decompensative) and normal controls were detected by ELISA.The serum TPO levels of normal controls, patients with compensative liver function and patients with decompensative liver function were (136.24±68.56) pg·ml-1, (124.34±41.31) pg·ml-1 and (59.05±52.77) pg·ml-1 respectively.The TPO level of patients with decompensative liver function was significantly lower than that of normal controls (t=4.04, P<0.001) .In the patients with liver cirrhosis, the serum TPO level was correlated with serum concentration of album (r=0.86, P<0.001) and negative correlated with serum concentration of tatol bilirubin (r=-0.49, P<0.05) .Insufficient of TPO production in liver maybe the main cause of thrombocytopenia in the patients with liver cirrhosis.The serum TPO level maybe a useful item to evaluate liver function of the patients with liver cirrhosis.
