拉米夫定加肝络欣治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效及对YMDD变异的影响

To observe the effect of combined application of lamivudine and Ganluoxin Pills (GLXP) in treating patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) and its influence on YMDD motif. 67 patients of CHB with positive HBeAg and HBVDNA were divided into two groups. Group A treated with lamivudine plus GLXP, group B treated with lami vudine, the serum HBeAg/anti-HBe?HBV-DNA, hepatic biological parameters and YMD D motif mutation were observed. The positive rate of HBeAg/anti-HBe (39.4%) in gr oup A higher than these in group B (P<0.05) , the positive rate of HBVDNA and YMDD motif mutation in group A were lower than those in group B respectively after 56 weeks treatment. Combined application of lamivudine and GLXP could enh ance the theraeutic effect in treating CHB to some extent and could reduce the m utation of YMDD motif.
