肝复康对实验性肝纤维化转化生长因子β及层粘连蛋白表达的影响

To study Ganfukang's effect on transforming growth factor β1 (TGF β1) and laminin (LN) of experimental liver fibrosis rats.The hepatic fibrosis in rat were induced by CCl4.and then treated with Ganfukang, using colchicines and Ganpikang as control drugs.Afrer treatment, the hepatic hydroxyproline (Hyp) content were measured, and histopathological changes were observed by optical microscopy and electromicrocopy, TGF β1 and LN were observed with immunohistochemistry stain method.In Ganfukang group, Hyp and the degree of liver fibrosis were markedly reduced respectively compared with those of control group, and the content of TGF β1 and LN decreased.Ganfukang can reduce experimental liver fibrosis, it partial mechanism is that reducing the expression of TGF β1and LN, and alleviate sinusoid capillarization.
