To impove the diagnostic ability of liver adenoma.We studied and investigated MRI features and diagnosis of liver.4138 patients with liver diseases retrospectively analyzed, 2 cases with liver adenoma were found, performed by MRI、CT、US and surgical intervention and confirmed by histopathologic findings. MRI signal characteristic in one patient is hyperintensity on T 1WI, slight hyperintensity on T 2WI, slight hypointensity on SPIR and slight hypointensity on FFE. MRI signal characteristic in another patient is hypointensity on T 1WI, slight hyperintensity on T 2WI and SPIR. The MRI is one of the best diagnostic methods for the preoperative detection of liver adenoma.
