苦参碱联合甘利欣治疗慢性乙型肝炎40例疗效观察

To observe the curative effect of chronic hepatitis B with matrine and diammonium glycyrrhizinate, 80 cases were divided into control group and treatment group (each group 40 cases) . The control group was treated with common lever protecting medicines such as diammonium glycyrrhizinate, kalii magnesii aspartatis etc. The treatment group was treated also with matrine 150mg/d Vgett for 10-20 days. The total clinical efficiency rates in both groups after treatment for 10-20 days were 25/40 (62.5%) , 20/40 (72.5%) and 28/40 (70.0%) , 34/40 (85.0%) respectively. There were no significant different. The TBil of liver function test of groups after treatment for 10 days were 66.06±88.50 and 31.58±33.51μmol/L (t=2.20 P<0.05) . The HBsAg and / or HBeAg terning negetive rative rates were 1/40 (2.5%) and 6/40 (15.0%) in this groups, There were significant different. This paper indicated the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with combination of matrine and diammonium glycyrrhizinate is more effective than with only diammonium glycyrrhizinate.
