To discuss the effect of the medicine treatment of Hepatic Myelopathy (HM) , a retrospective study was made on the clinical progress and therapy results of 29 patients with HM, and compared the curative effect of medicine treatment. Of 29 cases, 11 cases were catabatic (37.93%) , including 1 case catabatic (9.09%) in A group in which patients' muscularity are no less than 3 degree, 10 cases catabatic (55.56%) in B group in which patients' muscularity are no more than 2 degree. The catabatic ratio of B group is superior to A group significantly (P<0.05) . Medicine treatment is an efficient method to the earlier stage of HM.
