To probe into curative effect of comprehensively treating hepatocellular carcinoma by interventional chemotherapy, locally injecting TIL and injecting absolute alcohol into tumor. (2-3) g of tissue of hepatocellular carcinoma was carried on biopsy and separated outside the body. TIL was cultivated and enlarged. Based on interventional chemotherapy, TIL was injected into cancer area through skin. Two months later, PR time of the patients and their surviving time with tumor were increased. The symptom was obviously improved. The curative effect of patients with end-stage hepatocellular carcinoma can be obviously improved by the comprehensive application of interventional chemotherapy, locally injecting TIL and injecting absolute alcohol into tumor.
