无症状HBeAg阳性患者外周血单个核细胞培养液中IL-10、IL-12及γ-IFN检测水平的研究

In order to investigate the immunity regulation state in chronic asymptomic HBeAg positive patients. The peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from chronic asymptomatic HBeAg positive patients were cultivated and stimulated, the induction of interleukin-10 (IL-10) . interleukin-12 (IL-12) and γ-interferon (γ-IFN) were simultaneously detected by ELISA. IL-10 was free from the influence of liver function, HBeAg positive or anti-HBe positive. The detected level after induction culture was significantly higher than that of the normal control group. The detected level was also higher in those patients with slignt increased ALT. The detected level of γ-IFN in patients with HBeAg patienls were significantly lower, but it was higher when ALT increased and TBil was abnormal. The values of IL-12 were all significantly higher than normal control, and it were not correlated with serium conversion and abnormal liver function. The negative regulation of immunity may occurred in HBeAg carriers. The secretion of IL-12 in patients with hepatitis B virus infection may be higher than that in normal people.
